This housing initiative aims To Construct one lakh houses across six key Cities in Punjab. Each house is priced at 15 lakh Pakistani rupees. Another Supportive scheme from CM Maryam Nawaz is The “CM Roshan Gharana Solar Panels Scheme,” which is also being launched in Punjab Apni Chhat Apna Ghar.

Initial Phase of the Project
The project will roll out in different phases. For starters, about 5,000 homes will go up in Lahore near Raiwind Road. Plus, over 3,000 homes will pop up in other cities to ensure everyone gets a fair shot.
Eligibility Criteria
To benefit from this scheme, folks must be residents of Punjab and belong to low-income families earning less than 60,000 Pakistani rupees monthly. If they don’t meet that requirement, registration won’t be an option. Additionally, applicants need to be government employees and shouldn’t already own any house.

Apni Chat Apna Ghar Installment Plan
If people get registered successfully in this housing initiative, they need to pay just the down payment—40% of the total cost. With each house costing 15 lakh rupees, that makes it about 6 lakh rupees for the down payment.
A straightforward installment plan has been set for those registered. They’ll pay around 26,000 Pakistani rupees per month for five years to settle their down payment.
